The AFL and A7FL Join Together For A Better and Brighter Future

Partnership to Increase Awareness Greatly For Both Leagues

The Arena Football League (AFL) has just unveiled an exciting collaboration with the American 7s Football League (A7FL) to revolutionize the world of football and nurture the future superstars of the sport. By joining forces, the AFL and A7FL aim to enhance the talent pool in both leagues and provide athletes with a seamless pathway to transition between them.

While the AFL is renowned for its fast-paced 8-on-8 indoor tackle football, the A7FL offers a unique twist with its 7-on-7 format that ditches helmets and pads. This groundbreaking partnership promises to take football to new heights and create an even more thrilling experience for fans and players alike.

If AFL teams are looking to strengthen their squads and enhance their depth, they can tap into the pool of talented players from the A7FL to bolster their rosters. The exchange of athletes between these two leagues will create an atmosphere that nurtures the growth and showcases the skills of outstanding football players. This collaboration signifies a significant milestone in the progress of both leagues as they join forces on a visionary path to thrive in the ever-present world of football.

This unprecedented partnership with A7FL enables us to leverage our collective resources to deliver a premium product on the field while also creating a new competitive model for the pro football landscape,” AFL Commissioner Lee Hutton said. “Through this collaboration, we’ll be in position to discover new talent, mold rising stars into superstars and help more players unlock their full athletic potential.”

“Partnering with the Arena Football League will provide the A7FL athletes a new and valuable opportunity to continue playing football at the highest level. Building on our promise to fans and investors, we expanded the league to 34 teams and over 1200 athletes in 10 markets across the US. We are taking the monumental next step, in partnership with the AFL, to usher in the future of American 7’s football,” said A7FL CEO Senor Korkusuz.

The AFL and A7FL have joined forces to enhance the visibility of athletes transitioning between the two leagues. Through their partnership, they will collaborate on marketing initiatives to highlight these transfers and bring attention to the talented individuals involved.

Furthermore, the AFL and A7FL will collaborate on shared events, delivering extraordinary experiences for football fans and bringing together supporters to celebrate their passion for the game. By working together, both leagues will actively seek sponsorship opportunities, utilize collective branding strategies, and enhance media rights partnerships to maximize visibility and commercial possibilities.
